No refreshment No air conditioning or fan, the heat was unbearable

Everything about the training was good and the trainer was nice and he covered all aspect needed. However I am not happy with the fact that there was no microwave available and there was no milk for drink, I’ve had trainings in other places and all this things were provided Also please try and provide book and pen for trainers.
