A very long day Too compact

The course was informative updating knowledge and changes. I work as a live in carer it would have been additionally helpful to include information relating to this work.

Nathan was great! Very knowledgeable in his subject and dynamic in the way he tutors. As a Pharmacy technician I did not take a practical part in the hoist session as it is not a part of my role to be hands on with patients.

The training classroom was not easy to find. There was lack of communication/organisation between the trainees amd the trainer such that some trainees were still waiting to be notified on arrival of the trainer. Some trainees were waiting for the trainer at the reception and they leant later that the training had already started, one of them knew more than an hour after the training had started.

Created a good learning environment and was motivated

I have learnt a lot today and able to practice all that was taught. The trainer was amazing with her teaching and engagement with the subject matter.
