Not enough beverages throughout. Building old and very cold. No where to get warm lunch from. Instructor was knowledgable and friendly and delivered the course content well.

The trainer was very knowledgable and I have enjoyed the training. However not all information applies to my job role.

Too much content for a one day course. The venue was warm, clean and welcoming but coffee was only available during the morning and there was no mention of there not being proper food available, I brought up this issue several years ago, this really should be mentioned in the email confirmation of the course placement, I was prepared but many other participants weren't. The trainer lady mentioned that we needed to order food from Holiday Inn before 11am, but she didn't mention this until about midday.
