I found the manager a bit discriminative not to me per se but to our group during coffee break time. Next time Merlin hotel will be better option. At a point of time there was no Toilet rolls in the Toilet. The journey from Waterloo train station was too far.

First time to the venue . Not as great as the Chiswick and Waterloo Centres that i have been with regards to amenities but is accessible to Transport and easy to find . I had a Positive experience All throughout otherwise .
