The trainer demonstrated a lot of knowledge both in the practical and the theoretical aspects of the training with lots of examples and experiences shared.

The training was great and I learned and refreshed a lot of things.

There was too much audience interaction. The draw a circle on top of a square activity was good. I feel like the slides section was stretched more then could have been. Practice was good.

I enjoyed learning under Matthew. He is a good instructor who ensures that everyone is being carried along irrespective of your learning speed.

This is the most informative training, I have ever attending. Today training has definitely change my practise for good . A lot of people would benefit from the way and manner the trainer delivered the training. He is the best trainer out of all the training session I have attended in health and safety group .
