The trainer knew her stuff & content all great but just a bit fast-paced for me. Plus it seemed too much content was planned for the session as we were supposed to have a test/ quiz but ran out of time to do this. This is shame as we miss the chance to reinforce our learning. Informative session in general. Thank you so much!

i thought Gaynor did fantastic. engaging. but where she impressed me was explaining the diffrence in appearance for pressure sores in black and ethnic minority groups & appropriate examples inclusive off all cultures. as a BAME myself was refreshing to witness
