Trainers was so intelligent she knows how to communicate and teach venue was so good staff was so polite and calm very good experience I recommend

On arrival the hotel reception staff asked us to wait and be seated in the lobby as the health and safety group were running behind but we later identified they were ready and we were told off for being late. We arrived before the scheduled 1345 start! This was the only poor moment all round.
