The trainer was very engaging and worked hard to keep everyone focused and interacting with the training.

We recieved no handouts. Could not read everything on slide that had brown backround. Hoist was broken and could not be used

The training was very interactive with lots of demonstrations. It was not boring and everyone was engaged .
