Some of this was by far more extensive and graphic (without warning) than any other safeguarding course I have ever done. Then, at the end, I could not download my certificate. All in all, flawed.
Some attendees could do with extra support.. Not ideal for first time learners without prior experience Too rushed and not able to discuss questions fully However good discussion on infection control, abuse
Nice and helpful trainer who stressed the importance on implementing these new skills
Over loaded for me as i am a care worker and course looked like for nurses
Training too long and too much talking you have a headache by the end of the day
The training was very rushed. There were individuals in training who didn't have previous knowledge and understanding of BSL and moving and handling. They did not get more help especially with BSL
The course was very informative, well explained and easy to understand
