Refreshment was not provided even water.

The venue environment was clean and great but no refreshments or drinking water.

The room was cold and it's affected my breathing been exposed to too much cold.

I recently completed a three-day PMVA training with the Health and Safety Group. It was a practical and informative course focused on recognising and managing challenging behaviour safely and professionally. I learned key de-escalation techniques, personal safety strategies, and safe physical interventions. I now feel more confident in assessing risks, responding calmly under pressure, and helping maintain a safer environment for both staff and service users.
