Training is good

Very interesting I learn a lot.

Mike was really very good trainer

Chairs were quite uncomfortable. Refreshments below par, would have been nicer if biscuits or some sort of other refreshment was provided. No bins in the conference hall neither near the brew station.

The venue is difficult to get to I believe that teaching breakaway techniques is a bit over the top 5 minutes of showing the technique instead of 20-30 minutes of practice would be of more benefit

Good training course for imms and vacs, handouts were really useful.
