Engaging day, very informative.

Course was the best i have ever attended in all my years.

Training very very live and beneficial.

Hotel informed the group trainer was delayed 1 hour. Another trainer was applied, 35 mins late start. She had IT issues on lap top and stressed, however did engage very well. Equipment defibrillator broken, not enough resus dolls & old. Needs better quality and updates.

Disappointed no lunch provided. Tables would be useful for writing and taking notes. Manual handling and using hoists etc was way too long. No information on lifting loads I.e boxes etc No handouts given

Trainer was very good Knowledgeable and helpful Venue not good - did not renew hot water for tea at all. If someone asked for replacement they had to go and get it themselves- venue cold.
