The tutor was very informative and made the course welcoming
Trainer was very clear and relatable. Session was steady in time and not too fast. There was enough time to ask any questions and the trainer explained everything in full detail. I enjoyed the training and will put what I have learnt into practice. Thank you
The tutor delivered the course in detail and made it easy to understand
The trainer was excellent throughout the session. They demonstrated strong knowledge and delivered the course content clearly and confidently. Even though the hoist was unavailable due to a fault, the trainer still ensured we received thorough and effective verbal training on its correct use, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Their ability to adapt and still provide high-quality guidance was greatly appreciated. Overall, the session was engaging, informative, and very well delivered.
