The trainer is very knowledgeable, very experienced and she explained all that is required into details. She made everything understandable. She is very patient, very focused and intelligent. She is very professional and she made us feel comfortable. It is best mandatory training I have attended and she explained all the legislation in the training and how it affects practice.
