Trainer was very rude and was shouting at people. Seemed very arrogant annd disrespectful and I will not be attending any sessions done by him in future.

As an experienced prehospital frontline medic (military and policing) and qualified trainer/assessor I must commend Kevin and his delivery of the course. Outstanding and a credit to the company.
