Adrian was engaging and understood that most people do not want a ‘death by PowerPoint’ approach. He was able to give real examples and tailor what is otherwise boring and repetitive mandatory training into interesting and interactive learning, while making sure all objectives of the training were delivered.
The training experience was excellent. The trainer, Pheoma, explained everything clearly and effectively.
