I feel very disappointed in the training that was delivered today as it wasn't as good as previous years. I feel the trainer was a bit rude when I answered questions and gave my opinion. I felt undermined and inadequate.

Trainer was rude and obnoxious and i was forced to join in making people very uncomfortable.

John and Paul are good trainers, they explained every steps each to details. It is a very interactive training. I recommend them to everyone.
