Peace was exceptional. Funny,interactive,fantastic theoretical knowledge. Great anecdotes which makes the session more real. We could of have biscuits! Tap in women's toilet extremely hot and scolding. Thanks Peace

Peace is a great trainer, who did what she could bearing in mind the venue was of a poor standard. Toilets not working in basement Ladies toilet on 1st floor had a faulty tap causing water to Spray everywhere No one in reception at course registration time There wasn’t any handouts provided and the IT equipment wasnt working to standard. I do feel that this training could be covered in around 4 hours rather then a whole day
