Good refresh training. Nathan was very engaging, humour kid & kniwjedgrabke. Room maybe too small & use of 1 bigger screen may be better than 2 small ones. Layout of room may be slightly restrictive

The training was useful and encouraging

I found the course very informative. I only had one concern that one of the attendees was driving whilst taking the course which is very disturbing and could have caused an accident. Very unsettling, especially for people who have lost a loved one on the roads because another driver was on their mobile phone or watching a video.
