The instructor was very engaging and kept the session interesting. For a review of BLS for existing professionals the course probably covered a lot of basic unnecessary content. It appeared mainly targeted at new professionals, for which it would have been very helpful.

Felt the whole day was rushed and I didn't feel like I actually learnt anything, he needs to learn the principles of the Caldicot as when asked what the were he didn't know.

Preferred the old venue and presentation materials
