Very professional and I was really impressed that the trainer was inclusive, for example when looking at pressure sores she explained how their appearance differs on different skin colours.

The trainer had confidence and experience in delivering the training, so excellent. But the venue is not so convenient as the training room was on the 1st floor while the toilet was on the ground floor which made it not easy to access while in urgent. The trainer performed excellent
