Fantastic trainer and training.

The manual handling training session today was excellent. The class was well-organized and easy to understand. I really enjoyed it and appreciated the clear explanations throughout. I gained new knowledge, practical insights, and a better understanding of proper manual handling techniques. It was a valuable learning experience, and I now feel more confident in applying what I’ve learned. The trainer was very friendly, engaging, and supportive, which made the session even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great session, and I’m glad I participated.

She has so much experience and knowledge in this subject and shared this with us to make it a very thought provoking and interesting day.
