Paul was great, I’ve don’t this class 3x in the last 3yrs with this company and this one was by far the most interactive and informative. Everyone in the class was participating and it was a lovely educational environment. It gets exasperating sitting down for long hours so it made a change to stand up every now and practice different techniques.

Was good, more care home and hospital setting discussed which is needed for the job, but hopefully I could get more community style caring
