This was the 4th year I have attended this Mandatory Training and it was by far the best. Wendy was an excellent trainer and she engaged everyone in the room. She made it entertaining and the quizzes that she did were much better than "death by PowerPoint". The only negative was the late finish, I think it would have been better to start at 09.00 rather than 10.00

Manual Handling Training Reflection I attended a manual handling training session today, and I must say it was a very insightful and engaging experience. The trainer delivered the session excellently — she was clear, patient, and very knowledgeable about the subject. Her ability to communicate key safety principles in a practical and relatable way made the training both enjoyable and informative. The venue was also perfect — clean, spacious, and comfortable, which contributed positively to the overall learning environment. Overall, I feel more confident and better equipped with the right techniques and awareness to handle tasks safely and efficiently.
