Was very well organised. The e learning was easy to use and the course itself was very good. Fiona was brilliant she was very interactive and friendly and made the whole day a great experience.
The training was rushed and not delivered appropriately. There were people in the room who had never done moving and handling nor basic life support. These people did not get adequate training to go out there and work. Some couldn't even do CPR appropriately and still got passed. It is not safe for these people to go out there and practice! There was adequate time to go through MH procedures, teach how to use a hoist! There was a bed but it wasn't even used!
I really appreciate the effort put in to organise this training.
