The trainer was brilliant, l did not get bored since l knew most of the stuff, enjoyed his teaching technique interactions, group discussions. He was very clear and brief but very knowledgeable. He is a good communicator 2 negatives - The venue not ideal for practicals - Late finishing 1730pm is too late got stuck in traffic please review start and finish times. Or merge some topics please.

The trainer was very competent with varied experience which really helped us to get a holistic view of the sector and in perticular mediation administration. Really enjoyed it and I wish to have him agin soon
