Our trainer for the day was a very professional trainer. She explained everything and made sure she was very thorough but on the other hand she had a laugh with us as well which I think is a really good way of training so thank you very much.

This is the second time I done this course with Fiona, and I find her really professional, approachable, friendly and engaging throughout the whole day. She makes the day as fun as it can be whilst ensuring that the whole class never forgets the importance of each and every aspect of all subject matter. And she remembers everyone's individual name too, which makes everyone feel included and important. Thanks Fiona.
