Yannek delivered an excellent ILS training session. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making even complex scenarios easy to understand and apply in practice. He created a very supportive and approachable learning environment, encouraging questions and ensuring everyone felt comfortable participating. His teaching style was engaging, professional, and interactive throughout the session. I came away feeling far more confident in my skills and understanding thanks to his excellent instruction. A fantastic trainer and a real credit to the course!

The training was really, really educational. I learned so many things. Many of the topics I had already read about before, but today I was able to understand them properly and see them in practice, face to face. I also learned so many things practically during the training, which helped me understand everything much better through real-life demonstrations and hands-on learning. We learned important skills like CPR, hoisting, and how to help someone who is choking, among many other things. The trainer was very humble and approachable. He showed us and explained so many things clearly, which made the session very interesting and helpful. Overall, it was a very good learning experience for me, and I believe it is going to help me a lot in my job.
