The trainer did a very good job, trying to make everyone understand the course with giving examples.
The training was very informative and covered all key areas of manual handling, health and safety, and first aid clearly. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I feel much more confident in applying what I’ve learned. Overall, it was a very worthwhile and well-delivered session.
