Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.

The training was so good and I learned a lot
Trainer is very polite and knowledgeable
Really enjoyed the course with Shahbaz as it was very interactive as opposed to to previous years when I have done it. Gave us the opportunity to actively learn the information instead of it just being read out off the board
