Well understandable Perfect course

Very difficult to find parking. I was overwhelmed.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and engaged with the whole group despite it being a big group..He was able to remember and address each individual by name which is very impressionable.. I enjoyed the course very much and left motivated to carry out my role with confidence..
