Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.

Really good day. Karen was interactive and had extensive knowledge and answered all questions with clarity. Thank you
Enjoyed the session with Nathan. He is a brilliant trainer and was very interactive.
Friendly engaging trainer whose experience and stories of situations he had encountered really made the training interesting and helpful. Some of the slides for the online theory part of the course could be clearer. Thanks!
