All trainers were brilliant and well knowledgable.

The organization was perfect! Besides being interesting, I learned a lot of things and techniques for the practical application of help and assistance to patients who need support. The lecturer was friendly with great experience. He showed us how to use assistive devices in patient care. He showed us how to react to choking, heart massage and ventilation. With a sense of humor and knowledge that he demonstrated in an interesting way, he created collegial relations between us and made us feel like a team. Thank you for your professionalism and the time spent to the fullest!

As I mentioned previously, the provision of drinks refreshments is insufficient for a whole day. If there is insufficient supply from the hosts, why not set that out when delegates book to ensure they bring their own!
