I think there was quite a lot of detail about immediate life support and ABCDE approach, which I think is doctor based. rather than just basic life support which would be done in the community.

The trainer KAREN was truly outstanding ! Engaging, kind, empathetic, a wonderful listener, very patient, very involving of the group hence the whole day seemed to show how material on the slides was presented in the most engaging manner that I have ever come across on a mandatory training day in the 17 years of being a nurse. An attendee on the course stated the course content is also available online to refer to - I hope to be able to find this - it may be very helpful to have a link to where the course content / each slide / is listed on your website. Thank you so much. Wonderful venue and very small group hence made learning all the more enjoyable. Thank you very much indeed!
