Previous course was better and all the videos and content was not useful at all. Three booklet is required has the note pads are not useful at all. Plus the pen was blue which should have been black. Paul focused too much on the conflict section as this was not useful for beginners and clinical staff. Marketing video was unnecessary. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

Steve was very knowledgeable

I found the day very informative, I was absolutely dreading the day as in my current role I am not required to use equipment although I have used equipment in other settings. Karen/the trainer was very knowledgeable about all subjects and willing to explain at length any concerns raised by the participants without being patronizing. I would recommend this day to anyone - I myself have been semi retired and contemplating full retirement but still feel confident in all aspects of the training provided and it has given me food for thought. Thank you for providing this course with an excellent trainer. I was self funding and I am glad that I was able to justify the expenditure in order to continue in my profession and also have CPD hours as a bonus!
