Daisy is an excellent trainer and maintained our interest throughout. She has so much experience and knowledge in this subject and shared this with us to make it a very thought provoking and interesting day. I would thoroughly recommend this course, and Daisy Dholoo as a trainer, to anyone working with children.

Training was really educative and knowledgeable, thanks to the wonderful trainer who delivered awesomely and did a unique job in passing knowledge in a very unique manner.

Enjoyed the day, good Trainer, knowledgeable and kept interested. Manuals didn't get delivered on time but no problem.

Poorly - ventilated room with no windows. Compares very poorly to previous venues if one's been attending these training sessions with the company for a few years. On the refreshments side, the hot drinks were only brought down once, in the am - I appreciate it was all in flasks but they'd failed badly by mid - afternoon...I made myself a cup of tea and it was lukewarm and horrid! Hot water could be replenished at least once, after lunch maybe. I got the impression we keep getting made to pay more for less and less. I won't mention the paltry (in numbers ) biscuits, for a room full of people, who've all paid substantially in a time of poor returns for the work we do( not the company's fault but just worth mentioning). Trainer was great by the way - really conscientious and knowledgeable and very approachable- made us all feel at ease so thank you.
