I missed the coffee at morning registration after 1.5 hr walk to venue. Course and venue and practicals excellent, tutor excellent.

Steven is an exceptional safeguarding trainer. He explained every slide clearly and in detail, and he actively engaged all participants in meaningful discussions. Thanks to his teaching, my understanding of safeguarding has greatly improved.
