Straight to the point, no silly chatting. Very good.

The trainer was excellent and unfortunately had to stand in for another person who was sick. This meant she had to catch up with time. The sessions were good but rushed. It was through no fault of hers though she was fantastic, trying to allow us all to get home on time! Thank you

The training in and of itself was as to be expected and good, the aspects surrounding the training and the delays were not

I don't understand much English, but I was very confused because I couldn't use my cell phone even once. I attended classes without using a translator. So I concentrated very hard in class, and as a result I was able to pass the exam, which was great. However, I felt that this was a bit too strict. I don't use my phone for fun, so I would like to be allowed to use it.

Paul is very good and has a sound knowledge of the manual handling course for trainers. Paul is quite slow in the delivery of the subject - however the slides seems to be more than what it should have been. I would appreciate a more split training between a theory in the morning and the practical in the afternoon. Overall very good course.

Very good training. Thank you so much Paul! All lessons covered. I think probably for next time, the pacing shall be allocated as at some point the lesson’s pace was slow.

Course Instructor delivered an engaging and informative concepts and i feel well equipped to apply the skills gain today. However , i suggest you improve on the projector for learners to see well from afar.
