Ranjit is very knowledgeable, interactive, and serious to ensure that students remain focused and engaged. The course is very important because it enabled me to realise among other things, the three main risks facing HCP’s and the importance of looking after our patients with due diligence and care.

I drove to the course only because in the information section it stated that parking is available on the premises! I was left stranded driving around looking for parking and managed to get a parking where I had to pay £15 for the day! I wish the venue would be transparent about important things like that. If I had the correct information I would have opted to take the train
