Trainers consistently turn detailed subject matter into clear, engaging and practical learning, using humour, discussion, demonstrations and real-life or lived-experience examples. Attendees value their knowledge, patience, inclusivity and willingness to answer questions, while clear materials and well-structured delivery make complex topics easy to understand. They say the training refreshes skills, builds confidence and transfers directly to safer, more effective practice in their roles.
