Good refresher session. It was a useful reminder of the importance of communication, situational awareness, and early de-escalation. The practical scenarios helped me feel prepared to respond calmly and safely if a situation escalates. I leave feeling more competent and confident.

Really good day loads of information

Very good, but I did have some difficulty with the pc zoom , and I rejoined on my phone which worked better.
