Overall, the practical training went very well. I found the sessions informative, practical, and easy to understand. I was able to develop my knowledge and confidence in manual handling, basic life support, and fire risk awareness. The practical demonstrations and guidance were particularly helpful, and I feel more confident in applying the correct procedures safely in the workplace.

The course was well presented, very interactive and all hands were on deck from the start to finish. It was very interesting and exciting throughout. The rationale for every procedure thoroughly explored and this was valuable as it enhanced my awareness, knowledge and skills. I enjoyed it and I am glad I attended. It enhanced my knowledge, skills and confidence in the procedure. I am now better prepared working within a team, and I will be able to offer safe support to achieve a positive outcome for patients in the event of a cardiac arrest using the ILS.

The CSTF training was useful and relevant to my work as a support worker. It improved my understanding, confidence, and communication skills.
