Excellent trainer. My favourite from several years of training days. Very nice teaching style, with plenty of interaction. Kept things nice and relevant.

Natalie has brilliant knowledge of everything covered and was actively involved/encouraging us for answers.

Trainer had to cover training day at short notice meaning he was an hour later, we were only notified at 9am when the training was due to start, that it had now been changed to 10. Trainer can sometimes speak too quickly and talk over candidates whilst they’re answering questions.
