The training was helpfull as l have learnt a lot of things that are helpful to both the residents and the support work.

Moving and handling refers to the safe techniques used to lift, carry, push, pull, or support a person or object to prevent injury. It focuses on correct posture, use of equipment, and risk assessment to protect both the handler and the person being moved.
