Karen the trainer made the day all very interesting, some of it I have covered before but it’s good to refresh everything

Very good course and facilitator was very knowledgeable

On arrival the hotel reception staff asked us to wait and be seated in the lobby as the health and safety group were running behind but we later identified they were ready and we were told off for being late. We arrived before the scheduled 1345 start! This was the only poor moment all round.
