This was my first time attending, and I must say it was an incredibly enriching experience. I was able to understand everything clearly and gained valuable new insights particularly relevant for those of us working in the care industry. The session was highly informative, and the instructors were exceptionally well-articulated, making complex ideas easy to grasp. I am truly glad I had the opportunity to participate.
