Trainer really good, arrived on time, presentable, easy to talk to. Some of the slides on the slideshow may need more pictures to gain attention of some people but was fine for me. Good day. Polite and efficient instructor.

It was worth the time range

During this time of year will suggest you provide more than one hot drinks. There should be water provided one cannot sit in training for 7hrs without water.

A bit chaotic at the end with practical BLS only one defibrillator
