Paul, the trainer is excellent and the training day was enjoyable and useful to but as a live in Carer, I’m shocked that there is no section about Dementia. It’s a huge issue which is very specialised and there are other things too which used to be on the day courses we attended.

Was give a question, Hypoglycemia will cause rapid changes in the following: Slurred Speech Confusion Potentially aggressive Weakness Unconsciousness I stated all 5, i was told that was not quite correct and was given a 6th answer that was not an option. How can i get a question wrong when not given the full list and no option to include free text. Absolute joke.

Yet another 'training' where you are asked a multiple choice question, told to provide 3 correct answers out of a possible 4, yet you dont get the answer right and when the training gives you the 'correct' answer you should have picked 7 options!!!!!
