Very interactive and the instructor made the training easy to comprehend.

Just dissapointed that we were only allowed 1 cup of coffee and not any biscuits. The trainer was fantastic the best trainer I have had on this course in n 10 years.

Training was done well

Could provide with at least water all throughout to drink during breaks. There is very limited (only1) drink provided coffee or tea. Not mucb choice.

The trainer was great, made sure he engaged with all of us he had patience and made sure we were comfortable in the Environment. He explained all elements very well with the use of videos, slide show and physical equipment, we all had fun together thanks to his skills and intro and questioning system well done Steve looking forward to this next year!
