The room was cold. The instructor was rude towards people and had no etiquette on how to speak to people. Not everyone is comfortable standing up talking infront of strangers and should no be made to

Cold room. Trainer a little rude to people. Felt like being back at school, getting told off. Asking us to participate & give answers but then telling us no. Also being made to stand up in front of the group to read our presentations was out of my comfort zone.

I feel very disappointed in the training that was delivered today as it wasn't as good as previous years. I feel the trainer was a bit rude when I answered questions and gave my opinion. I felt undermined and inadequate.

Trainer was rude and obnoxious and i was forced to join in making people very uncomfortable.
